300 Additional Acres to Play In
Phase II of the Cinnamon Shore development is set to add an additional 300 acres to the Mustang Island community.
Currently, Cinnamon Shore is spread over 60 acres of land on the coast. This vacation home community has a variety of rentals and homes for sale in a range of about $600,000 to $2.5 million.

Not only will Cinnamon Shore be growing in size, but the amenities will upgrade as well! In addition to the beach access, swimming pools, and upscale restaurant, Cinnamon Shore will be gaining the following:
- 3,300 foot wide beachfront
- Multiple swimming pools and lakes
- Mile-long boardwalk
- New restaurants and cafes
- Additional retail offerings
- A hotel
- A spa
Luxury Vacation Homes Coming Soon
As a result of its planned size and design, Phase II of Cinnamon Shore will take some time to complete. New homes will continue to live up to the Cinnamon Shore standard: elegantly designed with resort-style amenities in a convenient location.
Building is currently scheduled to begin in 2018. A new Cinnamon Shore boutique hotel is also debuting that same year.
